Give Betty a Fresh Start: Seeking a Patient Foster for a Sweet, Gentle Soul

Let us introduce Betty.  

Meet Betty. She first came to our attention when she bravely served as a blood donor for a dog we rescued in critical condition from the roadside.

Betty has spent her entire life in a yard alongside many other dogs. After the transfusion, her rescuer brought her back to their apartment to rest, and, recognising that the yard was not a safe place for her, decided to keep her indoors. Since then, Betty has grown deeply attached to her rescuer but remains quite fearful of the outside world.

Dalila, her rescuer, has begun gently socialising her. Betty is a sweet and gentle soul, never showing an ounce of aggression. Now, we’re hoping to find an experienced foster here in the UK who can help Betty gradually adjust to life in a loving home. Betty is 5 years old and truly deserves this fresh start.

Please note, we are unable to consider for adoption for Betty:

• People under 25 years old

• People with children under 5 years old

• Homes without a secure garden

• Families with un-neutered dogs

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours.
