Lemony

Let us introduce Lemony.  

On day 4 of our recent trip to Romania we were asked to visit a house in the countryside. We were not surprised to be greeted by over 30 dogs. The lady who has rescued them works in the city and can only visit once a week to fill up their buckets of food and water. Understandably with such a lack of socialisation many of these dogs cannot be rehomed. However a few stood out and none more so than this gorgeous girl Lemony . Lemony is 9 years old and the most sweet and friendly dog. She was so desperate for our attention and the joy in her face was so obvious as she received lots of strokes and ear rubs. But the sadness was also evident when we walked away. None of us can say how many years Lemony has left but I am sure you will agree we don’t want those years spent in a derelict house with no socialisation, enrichment and more importantly love.

So please help us find Lemony a home where she can be loved as she deserves to be.

Please note, we are unable to consider for adoption for Lemony:

• People under 25 years old

• People with children under 5 years old

• Homes without direct access to a secure garden

• Families with un-neutered dogs

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours.
