Kashmir was found in a field with his brother Velvet and 2 other pups.

All four were starved, full of infected wounds from mange and very sick.  Kashmir was much smaller than his brother and we really thought we would lose him.  But his big brother seemed to give him the strength he needed to fight for his life.   Now back to full health Kashmir is looking for his forever home.  He is shy little boy and has over relied on his brother since being in foster.  We are desperately looking for a home for him with another confident dog so he can start to be independent and build his own confidence.

Kashmir is now in foster in Oxfordshire. Here is what his foster mum has to say about him:

Kashmir arrived extremely nervous but quickly came out of his shell with the help of the resident dog in his foster home. He has a wonderfully big silly & playful personality and can’t resist toys or playing & sharing with his foster sister. He is also fantastic at independent playing, and can spend hours in the garden exploring and pottering around.

Not only is Kashmir an extremely handsome boy, but he is becoming more cuddly by the day. He is still a little wary of new people, but he is braver with each new interaction and is making amazing progress. He’s obsessed with food which has made house and other training a joy.

He absolutely loves walks and new adventures.

Kashmir ideally needs to be in a house with another dog, to help him with his confidence out walking and experiencing new things. Kashmir is a brilliant & fun little dog, who will bring pure joy and laughter to your home.

If you would like to have this sweet soul dog as part of your family please submit his adoption application.

Kashmir comes with full rescue back up. Adoption donation and home check apply.
