Cici
Let us introduce Cici.
17th June 2024
It has been a delight to help and see a nervous scared Cici become a more confident dog throughout the weeks that we've looked after her.
About the home she is a well behaved gentle lady who has embraced the manners and boundaries expected of a UK dog. She's not a bouncy in your face kind of dog, but will pop over for a pet and stroke now and again before going back to her bed.
Out and about for walks is where she really shines and it's a pleasure walking her; on the lead she walks calmly by your side, off the lead she's happy trotting between sniff spots, comes on command and is more engaging with her affections.
She has displayed no issues with regards to reactiveity, separation anxiety, prey drive or distractive behaviours. Cici has been socialised to so many new experiences and environments, when she has been scared of something it has been easy to work her through those feelings to make her more confident.
Puparents will just need to concentrate on engagement and basic commands (sit, down etc.) to build her confidence.

Since this dear girl came into foster she has only been a delight around the house. She came totally scared and nervous but each day since then, she shines a little more. Her confidence is coming on in leaps and bounds. Cici is a gentle lady who will need a forever family to continue with guidance and love. With this she will become the perfect companion. Cici is housetrained, she has never had an accident in the house. She is cat and dog friendly, walks well on the lead and loves cuddles and a groom. What is not to love about this girl?
21st April 2024
Cici has now moved to a foster home in Buckinghamshire. She is already starting to relax and understanding she is safe.
20th March 2024
We could no longer bear for Cici and her two cell mates to stay one extra day in the hellhole they have had to call home. So we have brought them to our kennels in Wiltshire. We now desperately are looking for foster homes so they can decompress and learn to just be a dog.
Cici is currently in one of the worst shelters in Romania we have ever seen. The dogs in this shelter have no chance of making it out alive without your help. Our aim is to get as many dogs out of this hellhole as possible. Please consider offering Cici either a temporary foster home or a forever home. She needs your help more than ever.
Cici comes with full rescue back up. Adoption donation and home check apply.
Please note, we are unable to consider for adoption for Cici
