Little Aldo - Adoption Pending

Meet Aldo…..

From his foster family:-

Aldo has only been with us in foster a short while, but what a lovely dog he is. Despite his past he is such a sociable, confident little boy. Very friendly with all people, loves a belly rub and is just a very happy chap. He has clearly been a pet before, as he is fine with all household noises and he knows how to beg for treats. Loves his food, loves a treat and is enjoying home comforts, especially cosy dog beds and sofas. He can walk on the lead, but equally enjoys pottering around the garden. Nearly there with his toilet training, but has learnt puppy pads and knows to use them if he cannot go outside. Aldo likes to play sometimes, but then he likes to sleep quite a bit too. He sleeps in our lounge at night behind a baby gate, but he will try and sneak into the bedroom if he can. We think Aldo would be a good only dog, but also can be homed with female dogs. Not sure about cats, could possibly live with a confident, dog -savvy cat. Aldo is small sized, approx. 8 kilos,, who wants to be near his human/s

History

Aldo was found on a city street where he, according to locals he had been surviving for several months. He was then left in the shelter and almost forgotten about. Fortunately on our last trip out there we met this dear little lad and promised him we would bring him to the UK.

• People with children under 10 years old

• Homes without direct access to a private and secure garden

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours.
