Please read Morena’s story

Morena is from a litter of ten.  All ten puppies were thrown from a vehicle outside some factory gates.  They were only about 2 months old.  The factory is close to where our rescuer rents a yard so the guards asked her if she wanted them.  How could she say no?  It has been a long process getting them homes here as they are bigger dogs.  Six are now in their forever homes and now Morena is in our kennels hoping that 7 will be her lucky number.

Despite everything Morena is such a happy and loving young lady.  Her tail doesn't stop wagging when our volunteers go to see her.  Today she went on her first walk and she did brilliantly.  She is super affectionate but not overly excitable.  She is loving, takes treats gently from your hand and we got her to sit today only after a few attempts,

Of course, she will need training but if you are willing to give Morena some time and effort, she will not disappoint you.  Please consider Morena.  She would love to meet you.

To remove Morena from kennels we would happily consider a foster home for her.  If that is something you would be interested in please message us for more information.

Morena is spayed, vaccinated and healthchecked.  Adoption donation and homecheck will apply.

• People with children under 10 years old

• Homes without direct access to a secure garden

• Families with un-neutered dogs

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours.
